A simple twist on the beloved mule, replace the vodka with bourbon, add maple syrup, and roast jumbo marshmallows to top it off!
Ingredients
2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey
1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 oz. Maple Syrup
4 oz. Ginger Beer
2 Jumbo Marshmellows
Directions
Fill glass with Ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup. Top with the ginger beer and stir to combine.
Place Marshmallows over a drink pick. Using a blowtorch or stovetop, roast the marshmallows to drinkers liking and garnish on top of the glass.
