As the air turns crisp and leaves begin to don their fiery hues, there is something about undeniably enchanting about the fall season. Slow down, embrace the warmth of cozy gatherings, and savor fall with a Bourbon Campfire Mule.

A simple twist on the beloved mule, replace the vodka with bourbon, add maple syrup, and roast jumbo marshmallows to top it off!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz. Bourbon or Whiskey 

  • 1/2 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

  • 1/4 oz. Maple Syrup

  • 4 oz. Ginger Beer

  • 2 Jumbo Marshmellows

Directions

  • Fill glass with Ice. Add bourbon, lemon juice, and syrup. Top with the ginger beer and stir to combine.

  • Place Marshmallows over a drink pick. Using a blowtorch or stovetop, roast the marshmallows to drinkers liking and garnish on top of the glass.
